Founder of WHOW Wellness, Dr. Sarah Zanotti brings over a decade of orthopedic physical-therapy expertise and a heartfelt passion for women’s health to every client. After earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and specializing in Orthopedic Manual Therapy, she became a mother of three and saw firsthand the pelvic-floor challenges many women face. Fueled by that experience, she created WHOW to provide compassionate, evidence-based care and empower women to regain strength, control, and confidence, right from home.

It’s a self-guided, educational course designed to help women understand the fundamentals of pelvic floor health including anatomy, pregnancy and postpartum changes, and daily self-care techniques for long-term wellness.
Our programs are made for women at every stage of life whether you’re preparing for pregnancy, recovering postpartum, or addressing concerns like incontinence or core weakness.
Each 1:1 session with Dr. Sarah Zanotti is personalized to your needs and goals. You’ll meet virtually from the comfort of your home and receive guided exercises, education, and ongoing support to restore pelvic floor strength and confidence.
Are the courses self-paced?
Yes! All of our online programs are completely self-guided, allowing you to move through lessons and exercises at your own pace while still receiving expert instruction.
Both Empowered Pregnancy programs build strength and stability for moms-to-be, but the 12-week version offers extended guidance and more in-depth preparation for labor and recovery.
Not at all. Our programs are designed for all fitness levels and focus on gentle, functional movement that supports your body where it’s at today.
